Personal Information

We collect information you provide directly to us, including:

  • Account registration information (name, email address, password)
  • Quiz responses and personality assessment data
  • AI chat conversations and questions you ask our coaching assistant
  • Payment information (processed securely through Stripe)
  • Phone number and mailing address, when you complete a paid checkout
  • Date of birth, when you complete a paid checkout. We do not collect date of birth on the free mold assessment or other free forms
  • Phone number, when you choose to provide it and opt in to receive text messages from us
  • Communication preferences and contact information
  • Community content you choose to create, including forum posts, comments, reactions, and your community profile (display name and profile photo)
  • Any other information you choose to provide when contacting us

Automatically Collected Information

When you use our Service, we automatically collect certain information, including:

  • Device information (IP address, browser type, device type)
  • Usage data (pages visited, time spent, click patterns)
  • Session information and cookies for website functionality

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide, maintain, and improve our coaching services and website

  • Analyze usage patterns to improve our services and develop new content

3. Information Sharing and Disclosure

We Do NOT Sell Your Data

Mold Free Mom does not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes. Your privacy is important to us.

Limited Sharing

We may share your information only in the following limited circumstances:

  • Service Providers: With trusted third-party service providers who help us operate our business under confidentiality obligations. These include Stripe (payment processing), Supabase (data storage and authentication), SendGrid (email delivery), Twilio (text message delivery), Google (calendar scheduling and, with your consent, website analytics), Vercel (website hosting), and MyMycoLabs (when you purchase a lab kit we order through our practitioner account; we share the name, date of birth, and shipping address needed to place that order).
  • AI Providers: When you use our AI coaching assistant, the messages you send are transmitted to our AI service providers (including Anthropic, and for certain features other AI providers) so they can generate a response. These providers process your messages on our behalf for this purpose.
  • Other Community Members: Content you post in the members' community, and your community profile, are visible to other logged-in members (see "Community Features and Member Visibility" below).
  • Legal Requirements: When required by law, regulation, or legal process
  • Business Protection: To protect the rights, property, or safety of Mold Free Mom, our users, or others
  • Business Transfers: In connection with any merger, sale of assets, or business acquisition (with advance notice to users)

Community Features and Member Visibility

Our members' community is a space where premium members can connect and support one another. When you take part, please be aware:

  • Your community profile (display name and profile photo) is visible to other logged-in members.
  • Anything you post in the community, including forum posts, comments, and reactions, is visible to other members and is shown alongside your display name and photo.
  • Your email address, phone number, mailing address, date of birth, payment details, quiz and assessment responses, and AI chat conversations are never shown to other members.
  • Please do not post sensitive personal, health, or financial information in the community that you would not want other members to see. Content you share in community areas is shared voluntarily and at your own discretion.

4. Text Messaging (SMS) and Your Mobile Information

If you provide your phone number and opt in, we send text messages (SMS) through our messaging provider, Twilio. These are messages about your account and your orders, reminders before your coaching calls, and replies to questions you text us. We do not send marketing text messages. This is a two-way program: you can text us your questions and Aubree, or our team, will respond.

No mobile information, including your phone number and your SMS opt-in and consent, is sold, rented, or shared with any third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. We share your phone number only with subcontractors and service providers that help us operate the text messaging program (such as Twilio, which delivers the messages on our behalf), and only for that purpose. SMS opt-in data and consent are never shared with third parties for marketing.

Providing your phone number and consenting to texts is always optional and is never a condition of purchasing anything from us. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any text message, and you can reply HELP for assistance. For full program details, see the SMS/Text Messaging Program section of our Terms of Use.

5. Data Access and Administrative Use

Quiz and Assessment Data: Your quiz responses and assessment data are viewable by authorized administrators of Mold Free Mom for the purpose of:

  • Providing customer support and technical assistance
  • Improving our coaching content and services
  • Analyzing trends to develop better resources for the families we serve
  • Ensuring the quality and accuracy of our coaching services

AI Chat Data: Your conversations with our AI coaching assistant are viewable by authorized administrators for the purposes above. To generate responses, the messages you send are also transmitted to our third-party AI providers described in Section 3, who process them on our behalf. Your quiz, assessment, and AI chat data are not sold, and apart from the AI providers described above are not shared with external parties. They are not visible to other members of our community.

6. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. These measures include:

  • Encrypted data transmission (SSL/TLS)
  • Secure data storage with access controls
  • Regular security updates and monitoring
  • Limited access to personal data on a need-to-know basis

  • Legal compliance: As required by applicable laws

Bookings Made Through an AI Assistant

You can ask an AI assistant that supports connectors (for example Meta Muse) to book a free discovery call with Aubree. When you do, your assistant sends us your name, email address, time zone, your chosen call time, your optional phone number, and your answers to five short intake questions about your symptoms, testing, what you have tried, your living situation, and how you heard about us. We use those answers only to prepare for your call and to set up your Mold Free Mom account when you confirm by email.

  • Nothing is booked, and no account is created, until you click the confirmation link we email you. An unconfirmed hold is released after 30 minutes and its record is deleted within 30 days.
  • Your assistant's provider (for example Meta) processes what you tell it under its own privacy policy. We receive only what the assistant sends to our connector.
  • We never share your intake answers with the assistant's provider or anyone else, and we never sell them.

10. Children's Privacy

Our Service is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us to have that information removed.

11. International Data Transfers

Your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your own. We ensure that such transfers comply with applicable data protection laws and implement appropriate safeguards to protect your information.

12. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make changes, we will:
