How is this different from other mold diets?
Most mold-recovery food advice is fear-based. Endless restrictions, lifelong vigilance, the assumption that any exposure derails everything. This guide takes the opposite approach. Reduce real load from foods that carry it. Eat normally otherwise. Recovery is the goal, not management.

Why isn't every category covered?
